Terms of Service
Standard website terms for browsing, enquiries, embedded tools and general use of the Nava Guitars site.

Effective date
18 May 2026
These are starter website terms for the current Nava Guitars site and can be revised later if the business model, quoting process or engagement terms change.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nava Guitars website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.
These website terms apply to website use generally. If Nava Guitars later gives you a quote, invoice, custom build agreement, workshop terms, or another written agreement, that specific document will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Website purpose
This website is provided to share information about Nava Guitars, its instruments, design capabilities, inlays, fretboards, custom work, gallery material and contact pathways.
Content on the website is general in nature and may be updated from time to time. Images, descriptions, specifications, finishes and other material may be illustrative, indicative or subject to change unless confirmed in writing for a specific order.
Enquiries, quotes and custom work
Submitting an enquiry through the website, by email or through linked channels does not create a binding contract for goods or services. Custom builds, design work, lead times, pricing, deposits, delivery arrangements and inclusions must be confirmed separately.
Any quote, estimate or turnaround timeframe shown on or discussed through the website is subject to confirmation and may change depending on scope, materials, availability, technical requirements and production scheduling.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, harmful, invasive of privacy, or likely to interfere with the website or other users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape or harvest data inappropriately, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that damages the business, infrastructure or reputation of Nava Guitars or third parties.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, including text, layout, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and design presentation, is owned by Nava Guitars or used with permission.
You may browse the website for personal and legitimate business enquiry purposes, but you must not reproduce, modify, publish, commercially exploit or distribute website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services and links
This website may include embedded third-party tools, external links and social media links, including an embedded LeadConnector / GoHighLevel form and links to Instagram. Those third-party services are not under Nava Guitars' direct control.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites or services. You should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Availability and accuracy
Nava Guitars tries to keep the website current and functioning properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content is complete, current or free from mistakes at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, website content is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, where that would be unlawful.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, Nava Guitars limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nava Guitars is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including loss of opportunity, data, profits or business interruption.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Australian law.
Privacy
Use of the website may involve the collection and handling of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website or contacting us through it, you acknowledge that handling.
If you do not want to use embedded tools or third-party services, you can contact Nava Guitars directly by email instead.
Changes to these terms
Nava Guitars may update these Terms of Service from time to time by publishing an updated version on this page. The revised terms take effect from the effective date shown on the page.
Your continued use of the website after an update is published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws in force in Australia. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts that can properly hear the matter in Australia.
